Garrido Methodist Church

The Garrido Methodist Church, located in Camaguey, Cuba, is our sister church. We help to gather supplies and funds to send to the church to help maintain it and to assist at-risk members of the community.

Volunteers in Service to the Elderly (VISTE) is a community-based, non-profit organization serving Lakeland, Bartow, Mulberry and Ft. Meade. Established in 1983, the primary goal of VISTE is to enable elderly persons to remain safely and independently in their own homes.

Talbot House Ministries was founded to be a place of hope for people who had lost hope: the hungry, the homeless, and the poor. We plant seeds of hope with everyone who comes through our doors by meeting their basic needs. Beyond that, we are blessed to be able to facilitate long-term life renewal by showing them a way forward through assistance from the Good Samaritan Free Clinic, Solutions employment program, and multiple affordable housing options.
